Sheila & Brian met nearly 25 ago on a weekend trip to Georgia to protest the School of Americas, a U.S. military base that trains Latin America dictators and paramilitaries.
Both organizers turned nonprofit leaders, Sheila & Brian opened co-see consulting group in 2012 after experiencing and witnessing the toll burnout culture takes on the mind, body, and spirit. They help leaders and nonprofits work smarter, not harder.

As a coach, I support clients uncover a new way of living, working, and being. Do you want to live well and change the status quo? Do you yearn to do more, but need to do less? It's not only possible, it's necessary. I show clients how to better understand themselves and make sense out of chaos, which leads to more choices, ease, and joy.
As a communication and campaign strategist, I facilitate alignment on audience, purpose, and goals; create effective content; and design strategies that influence public dialogue, persuade key audiences, secure funding, and shape policy. I teach leaders, program staff, and technical experts how to authentically connect with diverse audiences, tell memorable stories, communicate clearly, and build support for their efforts and aims.
As a management consultant, I work with leaders, boards, and institutions to improve how they work and achieve meaningful outcomes. As a facilitator, I created a movement facilitation method that enables groups to move past limiting beliefs and behaviors. In this way and as a consultant, I support organizations to improve collaboration, morale, productivity, and team cohesion.
As a business analyst, I structure systems to be ethical and efficient. I help clients right-size their business, secure and manage funds, clarify roles, and foster long-term success. I have extensive experience in fiscal management, financial forecasting, and strategic planning.
